      Summary

A case of Kaposi's sarcoma of the colon is presented in association with ulcerative colitis. Lesions of Kaposi's sarcoma were apparently present only in the large intestine. The association of Kaposi's sarcoma with ulcerative colitis has not been previously described and is thought to be fortuitous.
