In Table 2: The footnote “c” under the Manganese column should correctly read “b”.
In Table 3: The folic acid unit of measure should correctly read (mcg). And the folic acid values in same should correctly read: MVI-12 Injection: 400; MVI Pediatric: 100; and Cernevit-12: 400.
In Table 5: The values for the following should correctly read: 4-Trace Elements (Hospira): Zinc: 0.8, Copper: 0.2, Chromium: 2, Manganese: 0.16, How Supplied: 5 and 50 mL vials
